Summary: I was quoted a price of $150.29 total for the room at Huber Heights via Hotels.com. When I saw I was charged $172.28 on my card I was not pleased. I should be reimbursed for the difference

Summary: We stayed there for two nights. The only issue we had with the stay was this: The first morning, (a Sunday morning) we had some of their free buffet breakfast at about 8:30 AM. The breakfast was good, The selection was OK and the food that was supposed to be hot was hot. The second day we were there (A Monday morning) we came down to have a breakfast at about 7:30 AM. This time the meal was not good, Many of the selections had been picked over (apparently eaten by previous diners) and the hot food items that were still on the buffet were room temperature. We remained in the breakfast area talking for nearly an hour and no one ever came to check or refill the buffet. We were disappointed in the second meal.

Summary: Front desk staff were great. Hotel is a little tired compared to other holiday inn express that I’ve stayed in. One of the guys I was staying with found a bed bug in his bed.

Summary: The stay was average, the representative that checked us in was Renee she was pleasant and helpful. They can do a better job making sure the lobby area and elevator stay clean as well as making sure you can access all of the entrances with your key card also the water pressure was low but it wasn’t a bad experience I would go back.

Summary: The weekend family trip for a soccer tournament was marred by several issues at the hotel. The daytime front desk clerk was commendable; however, the hotel corridors exhibited an unpleasant odor, presumably originating from the carpeting. The elevators were in a state of disrepair, with soiled doorways. The room was superficially cleaned but also possessed an odor, necessitating a thorough cleaning before occupancy. A drinking fountain in the lobby was excessively dirty, with noticeable grime accumulation. A side entrance was unsecured due to a malfunction. The swimming pool's heating system was inoperable, rendering the water uncomfortably cold. Additionally, the pancake machine was out of service during breakfast, and the overall food quality was poor. The hotel's lack of cleanliness was notably disconcerting. Very disappointed in the care for this hotel.
